Design Process

The problem: 

To create a online movie booking app for people in rural and urban areas, where they find hard to get tickets in counters due to high rush,booking online is comfortable for the users and they can select their desire seats.


The goal: 

Our goal is to build a good interface, where the users will not face any kind of complicated process while booking tickets


Ux Research

In the research i comes to know about our target audience,i get to know about the problems faced by users while booking ticket,here, hidden convenience fee is the first pain point that always the user gets affected.

Hidden fees

The platform may add additional fees during the checkout process which users might not notice

Seat selection issue

Provide an interactive seating chart,users also facing some glitches during seat selection process

Navigation

Complex navigation process is confusing users, this makes them difficult to know about show timing

Cancellation and refund policy

The policy should be transparent, this should informed during the checkout process 

Wireframe

The lo-fi prototype of mobile version has been successfully completed more we are going move on with our usability studies,where we are going to find about pros and cons of the lo-fi.

User Journey

The user journey map has been created for the fast filling app, we heard about frustrations from users during the research process, we created user persona and some goals and frustrations according to the insights the journey was created and come up with ideas of how to solve the user frustration.
